Solar Designer Mona Take Big Ideas Abroad

Mona Al Ali, a Masters graduate from the Masdar Institute for Science and Technology, is an architectural engineer with a passion for green energy.

Driven by a desire to make the world a more sustainable place, she formed the Renewable Energy Ambassadors – a group whose mission is to take clean energy technologies to third-world countries.

Here, the 29-year-old Emirati tells us about spreading the word at international conferences, and her dream of integrating solar power with her other passion – art and design.
