Registration to play in the Ramadan Football Tournament is now closed. But there will still be plenty of footballing fun to enjoy at the Lace up your boots and join us at the Ramadan Football Tournament Interactive Zone – your chance to get fit and improve your football skills this summer. The Interactive Zone is brought to you by Weyana, Mubadala’s youth initiative, and is open to players of all abilities and ages. You’ll be able to test your kicking strength with Speed Kick, improve your shooting accuracy with Football Darts, defend your goal in Super Save, and improve your close control with the Dribble Wall. There are plenty of other competitions and family activities, including a running track, a photo booth where you can pose with a life-size picture of the UAE National Team, an inflatable pitch for young children, and a games zone with Wii and foosball matches. The free-to-enter activities run alongside the annual seven-a-side Ramadan Football Tournament, which is open to males aged 16-years-old and above. Registration is closed, but can still You’ll get the chance to watch the action and cheer on your favorite team. The Ramadan Football Tournament and the Interactive Zone will be held at ADNEC Halls 10 and 11 from July 21-25 at 10pm to 1am daily. Pitches are made of artificial ‘AstroTurf’ grass so please bring appropriate footwear.
