In his working life at Mubadala, 27-year-old Ayman Adam was used to overcoming challenges and striving for success. But as he celebrated four years with the company, he decided it was time to test his physical and psychological strength to their very limits – by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, the world’s tallest free-standing mountain.
