A selection of short stories written by female Emirati students has been displayed in a ‘Story Mile’ along Abu Dhabi Corniche.
Passers-by on the Corniche are able to read tales of child-eating camels, mysterious islands in the Straits of Hormuz, and even a woman with a donkey’s leg.
The stories were the result of a series of workshops at Zayed University led by the master Emirati storyteller Abdul Aziz Al Musallam.
